How to Beat Leonica, She Who Speaks with the Devil
An undead spellblade fought during Echoes of Silenced Bells (Anca's questline) in the eastern section of St. Tyna's Grove. She is mobile, dodges your strings, and mid-fight she vanishes to let her undead sisters swarm you.
Fight plan
- Play the counter game, not the aggression game. Leonica dodges and weaves, then retaliates instantly. If she evades your hit, stop attacking and prepare to block or parry her counter — that parry is your real damage window.
- Spike volley (line): sidestep or create distance. Never try to out-range it backwards in a straight line.
- Spike blast (radial): time your dodge as the spikes release — or, if you are close when she starts conjuring, keep hitting to interrupt the cast.
- Sisters phase: she disappears and summons the crypt's undead sisters. They are barehanded with short reach — kite, keep distance, and clear them all; she does not return until they are down. Save area abilities for this phase.
